maybe the app didn't ask for the camera's permission, so it didn't activate. i like the program and i want to see it go bigger, so i hope these can be fixed.

Did you get it working? Everyone who has this issue resolves it by restarting their pc, Right clicking the exe file and running as administrator, adding an exception to their antivirus program so it doesn't interfere with vtuber kit, or unplugging their webcam and trying again. Hope that helps!
