End date and Voting End Date

I hosted an jam, and the end date started, meaning that submissions are closed and voting starts - however, for me, it actually is already the voting end date, even though it isnt

basically, what i mean is that my jam is already closed instead of voting

my jam is ranked and i have criteria set

why is this happening?
