This is another bugfix release that adds compatibility with dnd5e system 2.1.5 and fixes converter errors when custom class features are defined in the MPMB pdf.

Compatibility with dnd5e 2.1.5 is not working. I'm working on a fix, please use 2.0.3 or lower for now.
