From Itch.io I only get download speeds not even exceeding 10 kB/s while from other .io sites I get between 200 kB/s to 2.5 mB/s. Is this affecting just me recently or do other has this problem too?
Maybe because CCP is trying to cut off Taiwan internet cables?

It could be just the local servers having a temporary timeout.
