Logically, after watching it should still be possible to get Priapra to help since the goblins would just repeat what they're doing as long as Sophie is in custody. As it stands, watching just breaks the quest and makes it impossible to use Priapra's tent later on. The only difference should be that watching gives Sophie an addiction to deal with.
