Project Overview:
- This project will be a highly customizable 3d character creation application designed for mobile devices (android initially). And this application will be created with Unity.
- This application will be fairly simple and quick to create (It should take only 3 to 4 months ), with most of the work time being designing the 3d assets, followed by making a user touch friendly UI for mobile devices, as well as the programming for the 3d models.
- Most importantly, we will be ensuring that the user has a plethora of options to customize their characters, to make sure no two characters are alike.
Whats already completed:
- The main base model for which all subsequent 3d assets will be made for is mostly completed, aside from the blend shapes and texture updates, which are currently being worked on, all that really needs to be done now is for the model to be implemented into unity.

- The 2d design sheets for all of the 3d assets that need to be modeled are all complete as well.
Design sheet examples:
- The music scores are complete (though I will probably have more be made).
- And all of the eye textures for the eye models have already been completed.
Features:
- On the games initial release, it will feature around 175 total 3d customization options split across all the various categories (this will be the longest part of the apps development, depending on how fast it can be done of course. Over half of the 3d assets are minor things, like accessories, eyebrows, eye balls, teeth, etc ).
- The game will have a model save and load feature
- As well as allowing finished models to be exported to FBX (if possible)
- The game will allow some of the model's meshes to be morphed, to allow further customization control.

Job title - Unity Programmer
Job description:
- As the Unity programmer, you will be responsible for coding the entirety of the app yourself. You will be coding and optimizing this for mobile devices (android first).
- You will also be coding a lot of things relating to 3d models and animation.
- From the mobile UI and options, to things such as blend shape sliders, model swapping, texture color changing, etc. to implementing ads with google ad mob, as well as coding a feature to export customized character models to FBX files (if possible)
Requirements:
- Have a great understanding of, and have at least mild experience working in Unity
- Have great knowledge of 3d models and programming with them in general
- Understand how to create semi-complex/intricate UI interfaces (with general touch controls in mind)
- Understand the basics of performance optimization (especially important because the app will be mobile)
- Have access to a mid to high end phone or mobile device (so you can properly test the game)
-Ability to use unity collaborate (the free version, to speed up development progress)
- Understand at least the basics of programming with 3d animation.
Devotion:
- I ask that you have at least 8 to 16 hours available a week to work on this project (though if you can spend more, we can finish this much faster and start earning money faster)
Offer:
- Your work will be contracted, which means you receive a fair percent of the profits generated from the app up to a negotiated amount, and since the app is planned to be a continually updating project, you can receive a continual source of income for as long as you want to keep renewing the contract and continue to work on the app.
3d Artist/Designer [0/2]
Job title: 3d modeler
Job description:
- As the 3d digital artist, your role is to design accurate game ready 3d models based from the 2d design sheets. You will be responsible for the entire 3d modeling process (modeling, textures, rigging, etc).
Requirements:
- You must be able to create mid and high poly models.
- have experience creating 3d apparel and fairly complex model shapes.
- Understand at least the basics of using 3d animation.
- Ability to create blend shapes/morphs for certain 3d models (if necessary).
- Ability to use Maya (if necessary)
- Devotion: I ask that you have at least 16 to 32 hours available a week to work on this project (this is where the majority of development time is going, so the faster you can make high quality models, the faster the whole project is going to be launched)
Offer:
- Your work will be contracted, which means you receive a fair percent of the profits generated from the app up to a negotiated amount, and since the app is planned to be a continually updating project, you will receive a continual source of income for as long as you want to keep renewing the contract and continue to work on the app.
My part:
- As the producer/director, I will be responsible for coordinating the team, as well as making sure everyone is on task and schedule for the development plan. I will also be responsible for the applications advertisement, website, and of course, the publishing of the app itself. This will be the fist project that I've worked on, so I'm really excited!
Revenue (expected):
- Obviously, there is no way of being certain as to how much revenue the app will generate, but I am certain there is no real competition for a app like this currently (which means this app will (at least temporally) have a monopoly over its genre in the app store).
