Using GMLive in team projects

I'm part of a devteam working on a GMS1.4 project using a private GitHub with about 30 contributors. Recently one of the contributors bought GMLive and has been using it for one of their own projects.

If we wanted to use GMLive in the aforementioned private GitHub project, would it be expected that each devteam member would have to purchase their own copy of GMLive? Or would everyone in the project be allowed to use it if just one devteam member bought it?

I'm asking because I couldn't find any licensing infomation that might cover something like this.

Ideally whomever that actually use GMLive should own a license, but also the 1.4 version of GMLive is sort of sunset at this point so it’s not like I mind too much.
