Custom Sprite Speed?

This tool is really awesome so far, but I wanted to ask if there's anything planned for adding control to the speed (or frame offset to have different start frames for particles) of an imported sprite animation? I know it's easy for me to just double up frames on any sprite I'd import for making an animation play out longer, but any sort of finer control in the program itself would be much easier to play around with.

Also, last minute stupid question because I haven't been able to double check: Is there any option for controlling particle delay times, like setting an emitter to fire off a particle every 5 frames instead of 1? If not, I'd definitely appreciate having something like that.
