I got a generic:

"There was a problem loading your project:

Archive contains filename with non UTF-8 Encoded characters

Please try deleting the ZIP file and uploading another one."

So, it would be useful if it was specified, as I had actually just renamed one file due to some software pointing it out, but now somehow the site complains too...
