No picture only sound

Hi folks. I'm on 2019 MacBook Pro. When I load a Game "Bitfins" I get a loading screen then sound no picture. I have reached out to the project they can't work it out their end and was wondering if its something I need to change with the Itch Application n. Cheers

Are you downloading the game onto your Mac or are you using the itch.io launcher?

I've had this issue with macOS Steam game (specifically Len's Island) and the developers never replied, I'm also trying to figure out what is causing this issue.

Hi thanks for the reply, I'm using the Inch Launcher. The Devs have looked at it for me but can't work out why as well 🙁🤔
