Hey everyone, someone kindly highlighted an issue with printing the pdfs through Lulu (something related to layers being exported in the pdf files which caused an issue reading the file).

Following a bit of a review and test (thanks Khoram), all of the Heroes of Adventure pdf's (Players Handbook, Referees Guide, Monsters Compendium, Lair of the Mutant and Dusky Dragon Inn) have now been updated to remove these layers from the pdf and the documents should (fingers crossed) be printable from Lulu.
