Truth bullet controls not working

I am at the nonstop debate, and the controls say WASD to change your truth bullet or Q to cycle them. None of these buttons do anything, with or without pressing the FN key. I cannot progress in the trial. Is there a fix for this?

Did you have a controller plugged in? I had the same problem and had to restart with my controller disconnected for everything to work properly.

This also happened to me. I can't change the truth bullet at all. Unplugging my controller had no effect.

Also, I wasn't able to use F1 to access to the Trinket menu to save up until I got to the class trial. I think there is something wrong with how keyboard input is being handled.

I know that if you hold down the FN key (if you’re on windows—I don’t know how Mac works) and then press F1 it’ll bring up the trinket. The FN key means function, I believe. It makes a button serve an alternate purpose mapped to it when held down
