Sullivan Butcher is a poor fellow whose face has been mutilated by fire to the point where he has to wear a prosthesis. With his father, he moves to another city after the death of his mother, and the only creatures he can call his friends are basement rats and a plush unicorn. Everyone else mocks him and bullies him. But there is a limit to everything, and Sullivan will change everything, once and for all.
