A friend of mine bought me a RPG game (Sent it to my email) but I never got a email about it (They don't have an account) and the gift purchase page link in the email they were sent just sends them to the main page. What can i do as the person who is suppose to have been sent the game? (I've checked my spam and i've tried to going to https://itch.io/docs/buying/already-bought and enter my email address and it sends me other games i bought but not this one.
