Hello, I purchased Heresphere and am looking to install it on my MacBook and then side load to my Quest 2. Every time I try to install the heresphere pack though, my MacBook gives me this error "There is no application set to open the document “HereSphere-v0.7.3.apk”."

anyone know how to fix it?

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. I was out of town for a few days.

To sideload Quest 2 apks with a Mac, go to https://sidequestvr.com/setup-howto

Download and install the advanced installer on the right side of the page. Follow the instructions in the Sidequest app on your Mac. It'll walk you through the steps on how to allow apks to be installed on your headset (from creating a developer account to allowing file access).

Once you've completed the setup steps, there is an icon in the upper right of the Sidequest app that has a down arrow. Click on it, and then select the HereSphere apk you downloaded. Once the apk is installed, you can go to the apps menu in your Quest 2 headset. Click on the drop down menu in the upper right corner, and then select unknown sources. You can launch HereSphere from there.
