I have contacted the itch support multiple times in the last months, and got no reaction. The amount that is available for payout is much lower than the combined "amount_delivered" column in the payments.csv, "marketplace-fee" and "source-fee" already subtracted.

I need a document stating why this is the case. None of the sums in the csv equal the amount that is available for payout.
