Hi,

First of all thanks for developing this wonderful app, it helped us a lot!

Recently I tried to use Jav-it to download, however, after entering the right command, instead starting downloading the clips, it began with Firefox downloading every time, the somehow failed to start some sort of “engine”, and then feedback “the batch file cannot be found”.

Could anyone please help me, very keen to export all my memories out!

Hi there. Are you using Windows 11, or have upgraded to Windows 11 by chance? If so, this is likely a backwards compatibility issue with Microsoft and the much older Itch.io version of Jav-It. You can get around this by running on a lower version of Windows, Using a VM to run Linux, or using the Patreon version which bypasses this issue.

Ah, In that case you'll want to try installing the latest visual C++ re-disputable. In some instances, Windows will have issues when this Microsoft library isn't up to date, yet it doesn't obviously tell the user as such. Here is a link you can try:
