Is this your first time using vTuber Kit? Try using the Erase All Data option in the gear menu all the way at the bottom. Getting "option A" for a mic/camera means something went wrong before it could even ask your pc for those devices. If erasing data doesn't help, you may have to try adding an exception to your firewall/antivirus and then try running the program again
