I don't completely understand how to tame slime girls. Do you have to fuck them or do you need to have another girl to fuck them. Because if you need to fuck them, I run into the problem that I can't. Just some clarification would be nice. Please and thank you for the help!

They just need to have sex with any other monster in the garden, they will eventually get horny enough and try to have sex with other monsters. It may take a few visits from Slime Girls to tame one, since sometimes they will just masturbate and please themselves. Keep at it!

but how do you sex them? I tried player mode with no tools on and left click, but nothings happening.

The player can only have sex with resident monsters. So you have to wait for them to get laid on their own first. If you keep playing eventually it will happen. Patreon teirs let you speed up time so everything gets done a lot quicker
