As I have not done this before how does one find the save data to transfer? and two do i need to do anything too the new files??

Hi, sorry for the necro post but figured it best to keep this question in one place as it is related.
There is a /save folder on the pc version but do you know where save files are location on android? I've been googling for a while now and haven't had any luck getting an answer. The usual /data cache and files folders are empty.
