Sea.dll won't load in Directx9_64bit

The mod has been running very solidly in the August 3, 2022 build with the current Maelstrom, but at startup the SEA.DLL module fails to load during startup using the DirectX9_64bit build in the shortcut configuration.  Going to Sea then results in a weird texture scene with no boat visible, but it doesn't crash.  Switching to DirectX9_32bit seems to have resolved the startup error and Going to Sea now works.

In 2019VCRun folder, try installing both vc_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe.

I found on some internet discussion that sometimes, even with 64 bit OS and 64 bit apps, the x86 runtimes also need to be installed for some things.  It is a Microsoft mystery.

Thanks much for the response.  I may give another shot at 64bit, but 32 bit has been very stable and I'm not sure why I'd need the extra memory space.
