Version 2 of Lair of the Mutant, a starter adventure for Heroes of Adventure has been release and you can download this for free here.

Changes from the previous version as follows:

Adventure condensed to a 16 page letter sized booklet
All new artwork (using Midjourney AI tool)
Layout has been polished and updated (to mirror the Heroes of Adventure Players Guide & Referees Handbook)
