Hi there,

I tried connecting my business PayPal account to itch.io and got to this step below:

I clicked "Go back to itch.io" and I see this on the screen:

However, I've never received that "confirmation email". I've tried disconnecting from PayPal and reconnecting around 3 times without any luck.

I've checked that my email address at itch.io and PayPal are both verified.

Is there anything that I'm possibly doing wrong?
