Hello! My name is Joy, the head writer, and director of Tattoos and Tulips.
What is Tattoos and Tulips or, TNT as I like to call it?
It's a BL kinetic visual novel love story between a grumpy florist and a sweet tattoo artist. It's a lighthearted, romance/comedy-style story. It currently has 30k words and I'm about half of the way in. Though the word count should increase with editing.
- Proofreaders/readers in general honestly. I am looking for 10-15 proofreaders (about 4 active proofreaders right now, though the more the merrier). I use the google docs comment system. Though if that didn't work for you maybe we could work something else out. Helping with either the writing itself or willing to just answer questions about the writing specifically to help me gauge how well the VN will be received by the general public.
I have a full outline, and a full google slides presentation of visuals for the characters, locations, and even their outfits! There is so much to say, and can easily talk about it all day. So feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
I am open to taking creative suggestions and would be willing to incorporate them as long as they didn't require artist resources (unless of course, you were the artist in question) or too strongly detract from the outline. So you could have a creative footprint on the end work.
The one thing we all have in common in our team is that we are all individuals interested in the project itself, personal growth, and having fun! Otherwise, why are we doing this?
We do not have a set deadline but are aiming to have a playable demo by January of 2023!
