I've recently released this game that a friend and I made in 48 hours during a hackathon. I'd like to ask for feedback on specific areas focusing on the gameplay and control mechanics:

  1. How do you feel about using the mouse to control both the movement and the attack of your army of units?
  2. Do you think gamepad integration is suitable for this kind of gameplay?

You can play the game here:

Hi SzajnaWorkshop, I'm wondering if you'd be interested to playtest a game similar to this that I've built over the past few months?  I'd like to get your thoughts on it, especially in comparison with War of the Geeks.

Sure, I can give it a try. You can contact me:  szajnaworkshop@gmail.com or discord: Barrok#2672

HI SzajnaWorkshop, I tried to find your Discord username but somehow I couldn't. Can I please invite you to it?

1. It could work. You could try it and if it's too difficult that way, you could include keyboard hotkeys.

2. It might not hurt. But as for whether some might consider it necessary... I'm not sure about that. (If you want people with Steam Decks to play the game, it might be useful, I'm thinking.)

Thanks for the feedback. I assume "people with Steam Decks" are YouTubers/streamers? Great idea!

Steam Deck is a newer gaming handheld made by Valve that people are starting to get. A lot of the handhelds use Steam OS, a form of Linux. As for whether people who have them tend to be YouTubers/streamers, it's possible.

Yess. Thank you :) Will look into it, and also general gamepad integration.

Hi ShaneC, I'm wondering if you'd be interested to playtest a game similar to this that I've built over the past few months?  I'd like to get your thoughts on it, especially in comparison with War of the Geeks. It's got gamepad integration, but would love to know which game (War of the Geeks vs Guilds n Glory) you think is better?
