if u using itch client. it always update automatic.
and please take notice., ur game save probably wount support in last release.
Just download the game and move your Old save files to the New one (altho its not recommended to play old saves with a new game version, so try to rebirth as soon as possible.... OR Just simply start a new a game).
basically... delete the old version, the only thing you would want to move is your Save files and Mods.
