At the start screen its fine , but as soon as the helicopter flies over it starts to drop alot of frames

I haven't test the minimum requirements, but on my i7, 16GB and a GTX 1060 it is smooth.
Maybe I have to activate the graphic settings screen because at the moment it is set to maximum.
