Hello,

Is there a cheat to select levels in this game? Are there any built in cheats? Something like the Contra code or something?

I want to get the physical cart, but having no way to record progress is sort of a deal breaker...I do own the digital version.

If you have a game genie there is a thread with several cheat codes that make the game easier. 

Probably I could find a game genie code for starting on a certain level, starting with extra lives, etc. 

That would be great, if you can do it! Basically, I just want to save. Which I already do through my Everdrive, but on the actual cart would be better :-)
