Can't rearrange sprites I add to my tilesets. I really need to be able to do this

Hey, I came across a really surprising and frustrating missing functionality. I see that I can add sprites to be packed into a tileset. But once I've added them, I can't seem to reorder or rearrange them in any way.

Am I missing something? I REALLY hope so - this seems like a massive missing piece of what many people are looking for when they're trying to make tilesets from multiple images.

To be clear about why this is important to me: I use Tiled Map Editor, a program in which you can assign tiles to lay out 2D terrain shapes with correct edges and corners automatically. This is a crucial part of many people's workflows in Tiled to create levels quickly and efficiently. I often add to/change out parts of tilesets, or assemble them from unpacked components of other tilesets. And when I do that, I REALLY need most of the parts of the tileset to stay where they are, or be able to rearrange them if something gets shifted out of place. If not, potentially hours of work marking up terrains in Tiled Map Editor will have to be repeated.

I absolutely 100% need to be able to manually change the position of sprites on my tileset. If this functionality exists in Atlased and I just didn't look in the right place in the user manual, please let me know.  And if Atlased can't do this, PLEASE let me know if you know of a program that can.

If I understood you correctly, you seek the functionality which will allow you to move Sprites along with the Regions inside an already existing Atlas (created by packing) and also to pack new ones without disturbing or re-arranging everything that's already there?

If so, then it would make an interesting feature.
Sadly, Atlased doesn't support such workflow at the time.
To make it possible, a decent amount of work needs to be done on built-in Sprite Packer and/or Atlas data format itself.
I will probably try to come up with something in the future versions.
