Some bugs I've found so far:

Surfing on electric rails prevents respawn triggering, and softlocks the game.

Talking to the bake sale people after beating bike guy but before talking to him breaks his ability to talk to you.

If you believe hard enough, you can fly away from your problems.  Just take the train to the weather station, jump to the right or left off the edge of the stage (your choice) at the fastest speed you can get, throwing in a double jump+recycled boost,  then spam jump and dash at the same time (you might just need jump).  Val will tuck in her arms and flap her elbows like a kid pretending to be a bird, except it works and you can fly out over the ocean to see where the water drops off to different, lower down water.

Sometimes if you dash just when hitting the ground you get your dash back almost immediately and can spam dash a crazy number of times in rapid succession reaching ridiculous speeds. Not sure how to replicate it consistently, though.

Shop don't work. Like, you select "shop" in the menu and there is no reaction from the game at all. Talking about the surf shack shop, ofc.

Penelope just shoots at you kinda weird and the beams do no damage and cannot be parried. Any attack with any amount of damage will no-wave her, but you get no upgrades from this.

Capacitor shards from the area right before the town in the sewers are lost as soon as you leave the screen.  The cigarettes on the same screen also continuously respawn on screen refresh.

I bet the thing where you deposit the heart before talking to lauren softlocks your game and permanantly locks you out of progressing if you save applies to PC, too-- I haven't confirmed it but it happened on the browser version again, which is which I switched to PC.

Lauren and Flynn are both in the bar and in Flynn's shop once the plot progresses-- that is, they never leave the bar.

The camping lady with the marshmallows doesn't react to the blocks being broken

Blocks being broken to open up short cuts should probably stay broken.

Rarely, the respawn point for hazard damage is set incorrectly and spawns the player just off a platform (and possibly very nearly in a hazard), requiring a precise double jump (either kind), dash, or dive-kick-bounce to escape. This happens most often with bouncy slime blocks.
