I need some description on the legendary skills at lvl 22. i farmed for it and it seems.... useless.

Thank you for suggestion, I will add more description to skills with time. 

The legendary skills are the most powerful skills in the game,but anyhow, I'm thinking about some legendary skill rework in the future :)
