Isn’t in unity any kind of filter switched on that is reducing quality? Because gif is made from sprite 

Unfortunately, I’m not Unity user, but in the Godot engine there is such filter

There is no plan, just chaos :) I’m making them  almost every day, randomly. After, just trying to combine in to one plus minus similar category.

Unfortunately no. 

They are as a part of whole structure sprites.

But, you can always modify sprite according to your need and leave only circles :)
