Hi,
I'm looking for help here because I haven't received any answers from itch support or tax support emails.
Basically, I updated my tax interview information several months ago, and I sent the necessary email with my filled-in document to the defined tax support email.
I received a confirmation that my email was received and that it would be reviewed by an agent in the next few days. However, unfortunately, several months have passed, and I still haven't received any response from either ITCH support or tax support.
I don't know what else I can do. Could you please assist or provide any update on the situation?
I have already made 2 tickets about this issue: Tax Client Support Ticket (43306) & (42759) and request number from itch support (265655)

I have issues with splitting individually wisp in current project due to all character bundle price and etc.
The price for 1 indiviadul wisp will be $3, or 2 for $5.
