Hi,

I'm looking for help here because I haven't received any answers from itch support or tax support emails.

Basically, I updated my tax interview information several months ago, and I sent the necessary email with my filled-in document to the defined tax support email.

I received a confirmation that my email was received and that it would be reviewed by an agent in the next few days. However, unfortunately, several months have passed, and I still haven't received any response from either ITCH support or tax support.

I don't know what else I can do. Could you please assist or provide any update on the situation?

I have already made 2 tickets about this issue: Tax Client Support Ticket (43306) & (42759) and request number from itch support  (265655)

I have rechecked sprite sheet and the aseprite file - everything is fine.

Besides, this animation exists more than 2-3 years and it is first time that there is some kind of such issue.

I can see that bundle with spells is still active for >80 days.

Isn’t in unity any kind of filter switched on that is reducing quality? Because gif is made from sprite 

Unfortunately, I’m not Unity user, but in the Godot engine there is such filter

There is no plan, just chaos :) I’m making them  almost every day, randomly. After, just trying to combine in to one plus minus similar category.

At the moment, I have almost ready 2 more sets -> magic set and holy/ghost/dark that will published in few weeks :)
