How do I activate the "Precision Build" mode on Keyboard and Mouse?

I Just downloaded the game on PC and I can't seem to find a way to activate the "Precision Build" mode that is on the PS4 version.

Hey DBT,

On PC it should be ALT or CTRL, you should see the Interface Icon change, the PC update is coming soon with the Launch on Steam.
