Shelter is a competitive medium-lightweight worker placement game for 2-4 players. Players will take the role of running a cat shelter and try to rescue community cats in need, fulfill their needs, and match them with adopters. Purchase and collect resources along the way as players move around the neighborhood. The player with the most points at the end of 6/8 rounds (2-3/4 players) will win the game.

P.S. While it may be difficult to match every cat with adopters, there is always the trap-neuter-release program to manage the population.
