Game doesn't start on Windows 10.

This is the error message:

```
Godot Engine v3.2.3.stable.official - https://godotengine.org
OpenGL ES 3.0 Renderer: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti/PCIe/SSE2
ERROR: execute: Condition "ret == 0" is true. Returned: ERR_CANT_FORK
   At: platform/windows/os_windows.cpp:2898
```

I experience a similar problem... Unfortunately, didn't find any resolution on Oh my Git developers side... quite sad as it was recommended as great support ...

Had the same problem. Fixed by disabling Antivirus during unpacking. GitHub comment with details.

Works for me on Windows 10
