What does it contain exactly? I don't seem to find a clear description.

For $5, you get the full game when it releases, and for $8 you get the full game and its expansion pack when they release. The base game has 4 possible personalities for Boyfriend, and the expansion pack adds an additional two.

hi i purchased th 5 dollar one because i didn't realize there was an expansion pack. Iss there anyway to preorder the expansion pack now that i've already paid the 5?

No, there's no way to pre-order it at the moment. You'll be able to purchase the expansion separately at its own store page post-release, however.
