Is there some way to load a city I saved as .json back into the editor so I can add landmarks/change names etc? If not, what's the easiest way to edit the .png image I downloaded. Great site, by the way, and thanks!

Nope, sorry, those JSONs are only good for loading them in City Viewer (or for using them in your own software somehow).
