recently a friend gifted me the ukraine bundle. i got an email containing the following message: 

Thank you for purchasing 'Bundle for Ukraine' You purchased 'Bundle for Ukraine' for $10.00 for a gift. If you haven't done so already, you can finish sending your gift on your gift purchase page.

the last part links to a site that gets me the following error message:

We weren't able to load this page

This link either never worked, is no longer active, or you don't have permission to visit it. If you expect something here you can contact support.

Common reasons for this link not working:

• If you purchased a gift, and clicked on this link from a gift receipt email, then you're seeing this page because you already sent the gift
• If you bought something, then linked it to your account, you can only access it while logged into your account
• If the purchase has been refunded, then this link is no longer active
• You mistyped or copy and pasted the link incorrectly, check again

neither my friend nor i claimed the bundle, nor did he do anything but purchasing it (seemingly doing something wrong in the process of making the purchase a gift, maybe?). now neither of the two of us have any idea how to access the purchased bundle. the purchase itself must have been successful, since he was charged with the amount he paid.

i don't want to miss out on the bundle, so any helpful answer within the … er … next 21 hours would be really appreciated.
