Ability to Save Animated GIF

After getting this in the bundle and playing around with it today I think the only feature I'd really want is to be able to send the text to other people with highlighting, spacing and color all intact. As of now the only option for saving turns highlighted text into plain text with wrappers that might not be compatible (I.E. in Notepad on my friend's computer) or may have a contradictory function (such as when posting to Discord. where certain tags around words provide italics, bold and spoiler markup).

Could there be a solution where all highlighting could be synchronized to a second or a half-second, so a 1-second recording of the text in GIF format would loop seamlessly? Even if the sync isn't possible a GIF would look to others as pretty as it looks to me, seamless or not.

This is not something we are planning on adding in the near future. One way for you to do that would be to use a desktop gif recording tool (i recommend screen to gif which is free) while Textreme 2 is in windowed mode. Record it and later try to cut off the ends to sync up the animations on first and last frames. As animations have different animation periods they don't all loop together as often as I'd like but it is possible to do that.
