im not sure how i can include a log file for this bug since its not something that happens randomly or anything, but the configs simply dont work. me and my friend changed metronome's values and once we went in-game, it was exactly the same. same for all other items that we've messed around with.

Did you set the "Enable Balance Config" option at the top of the config to true?

After a little bit of re-thinking, yeah, it actually doesn't work. It only prevents you from getting these items in Command artifact essences and from the `random_items` command in DebugToolkit, and these are the only 2 things I've tested the config on. Will fix in the next patch.

Should be fixed in 2.0.5. If it still happens, please let me know!
