Im new to playing games from Itch.io and I dont know what this means, please help? I have a windows pc.

XNA is a now-discontinued game development toolset made by Microsoft.

FNA is an open-source reimplementation of XNA created and maintained by Ethan Lee.

So the downloads basically differ by a bunch of libraries. FNA might work slightly better.
