The processor and programming done on part of developers also seem to play a big role here, and generally with playing games. So it's hard to tell in just sheer memory capacity. Right now with enhanced graphics it requires a genuine flagman, presumably a good tablet. If you can engage in battles and go into the overworld without crashing... well, it's more playable than it could be.
