Re-download it? Try a different download option? What system are you on? Do you get some sort of error message? Or just a black screen? Did you unpack the game from the .zip? Is the game in a write-protected (=read-only) folder location by chance? Is the game on a usb-stick instead of a HDD? Have you tries to run it on a different device?
