Hi ! Thanks for reporting this. I think encapsulated HTML5 apps generated by Construct 2 don't work really well with Wine (these kind of errors like the one you posted are being reported on the dev forums)

I haven't uploaded the Linux and Mac versions (I'm guessing your using either Linux or Mac) yet because I wanted to put the focus of the test on Windows platforms, because I'm almost sure the game works on them.

But I can upload them, though I'm not 100% sure they'll be working properly. That's because Construct 2 handles the exporting all by itself and doesn't let me tweak things myself :(

I have to finish a few things before I'm able to upload the versions though.

I got the game work under linux by copying the data from the Linux Version of SuperHOTline into the Shootout inc directory and execute "nw".

Developer

Well that's strange lol. But becareful not to overwrite SHOOTOUT Inc's "package.nw" file with the one found in SUPERHOTline Miami, because that file contains all the assets for the game :)

Where is that Linux version? I've been searching but haven't come up with anything.
