Hi!

I paid the $10 for the pro version, but no download link, no email notification, nothing!

The payment amount was deducted from my credit card...

Is there any way to avoid paying for the pro version again?

Hi.

Something has indeed gone wrong. I don't see your payment in the payments list.

Can you contact Itch.io support and check if everything is okay? I don't have any means of neither checking it nor do I have anything to do with the payment system, that's completely on Itch side.

The problem is probably with the bank in Hungary! Tomorrow I can only arrange... Until then, stay with the Lite version :)
