I just modded my save file to give myself more cards to unlock the floor doors, I just used https://www.saveeditonline.com/ for it
you're talking about the doors with the teleporters nearby though right?

just a warning, there aren't any scenes for the ones that aren't already unlocked so there's really no point in unlocking them
edit: I used https://www.saveeditonline.com/ for it, btw the file is called sys.fbf

I accessed the floor doors for the locked specimens, yet I cannot breed them.

Oh sorry didnt see people replying to this. You need to put in a well known code when you're in the specimen storage to open all the doors.
