Not sure what's the difference between topics and comments here. Anyway, why am i constantly losing influence? I once became too poor for the rent, but i quickly gained enough to pay for it again. Is it a bug or i just didn't understand how it works? 

Hello! You can view what's draining your influence in the Manage Home section. If you haven't upgraded any rooms it's most likely the cause for your Influence loss.
