UPD: i have added link to raw prototype
Hello everyone )
I want to create a team of like-minded people who want to make games. I am a professional programmer with over 8 years of experience, but I have experience in web technologies. And I already have a big progress with Unity and the voxel art (6 months of hobby and I have a few prototypes). Now I work in a software company as a team lead of three software teams, and I have good experience to build teams and cope with assigned tasks.
What i want
I want to assemble a team of 3-7 people, including me. I need all the talents: other programmers, artists, modelers, musicians. First of all, I want to find like-minded people and enthusiasts. You may be a beginner, you may have experience. The main thing for me is the desire to develop and make games, try something new and be better. I think if you do not have enough experience or portfolio, but have a desire, we can work together. I will try to help in everything I know.
Money/Profit
The profit for me is people with common interests, professional development, and last but not least, having fun with good people. Perhaps we can make some kind of games. :)))
As this stage, it is more important for me to find people and at start everything will be on enthusiast (unpaid). But i have the budget, so if we work together and you need money, I'm willing to pay. (but this is an edge case)
You need to count on the profit from the game, which we will share with our teammates.
Projects
- I think that we ourselves should want to play our games.
- Games should have an atmospere
- I appreciate small details in games
- All projects will be new and discussed collectively
- I am open to any of your ideas
My current priorities (but not final)
- I want to do it in 3D, but with a reference to retro game (but 2D is ok too).
- Maybe the game is stylized as retro games
- А combination of 3D graphics and pixel art or voxel and pixel graphics is possible
- There are two my ideas: retro style beat em up in 3D and RTS (combination of good parts of Warcraft3, Starcraft2, Warhammer 40k: dawn of war) , but with fresh modern stuff.
- For beat em up i have prototype, but we will make it from scratch if decide
- One more time, i open for all genres or mix of it
- (I like Final Fantasy series too)

It will be a great pleasure for me to read about you in your message. This is especially important if you are a beginner with no portfolio or experience. You can add about your favourite games, what you like in game and what you think is important. The bigger, the better :)
