Hello folks,

This is the thread to share your feedback on the v2021.11 version of Legends. If you have feedback for the previous version of Legends, you can post in thev2021.10 thread here.

Any and all feedback is appreciated. Some examples of the sort of feedback questions I’m curious about:

  • What do you think of the actions available?
  • Do you feel the game’s length is appropriate?
  • Was there anything you found unclear or obtuse?
  • Do you have suggestions for alternative tools/apps to play the game with?
  • Do you like the Chaos Card system?
  • What do you think of the Mortal Quests system?
  • General comments about the books layout/typos/errors/etc.

Hi! I found the layout of the game quite confusing to be honest. I think all the information about one thing should be in one place- for example, we kept having to jump between page 11 and 23, both about reacts and it got quite confusing. I also think some of the information about who asks who questions wrt chaos cards was confusing and also who narates stuff that happens as a result of scene/ quests? Like we had this war going on and it was hard to know what happened after the war even though it was clearly relevant to us.

hello! Thank you for the feedback!

This was a concern of mine actually.  Generally the rules for this are "do what feels best for your group" but that may be too broad for a lot of folks.
For Chaos Cards they are always meant to be resolved as a group. Once the initial reveal of card (ie "Select *BLANK* before moving on") the table can decide what exactly happens. This can be done a few ways (having the card reader ask questions to specific players, taking turns answering questions, roleplaying, etc) but I do agree there should be some sort of default or that perhaps the cards should be structured so it's clearer.
