It's all in the title. This is around the best I can draw, but I think it looks pretty good. However, I've seen MUCH better horror art on YouTube. Pretty much, this is Kamineko from Azumanga Daioh...  After biting someone so hard, they bled all over him. I tried to make it cute and scary at the same time, because I like to draw kawaii and scary stuff.
